How many passengers can Volkswagen Transporters accommodate?

Our Volkswagen Transporters can accommodate up to 8 adults.

For an Airport Arrival Transfer, how will the driver locate me?

The assigned driver will be waiting around the exit door closest to the assigned luggage belt. He will also be displaying a signboard with Town and Country Taxis and your name.

How many hours advance notice would I need to give in order to book a Taxi?

We require at least 24 hours notice by e-mail prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Reservations submitted between 1800hrs and 0659hrs are processed only on the following day. Telephone 01334 840444 if you require bookings quicker, phone line will be answered between 0700 and 0200 Monday to Friday, 0800 and 0300 Saturday and 0900 and 0200 Sunday. All reservations are subject to confirmation.

What is the Medical Transfer Service?

It is a hassle-free, guaranteed non-emergency transfer service for your medical appointments. It uses the Volkswagen Transporters which is fitted with a wheel chair accessible feature.

How do I take receipt of my travel reservation?

Once you have successfully made your reservation, you will be presented with a confirmation screen which can be kept for your records, along with an email confirming your travel reservation. We will supply you with a vehicle number 24 hours in advance to your trip, if required. If you have made a same day reservation, we will get back to you approximately 2 hours before your trip.
