How many passengers can a Euro 7 Taxi accommodate?
Our Euro 7 Taxi can accommodate up to 7 adults. The ratio for an adult to a child is 3:2.

For an Airport Arrival Transfer, how will the driver locate me?
The assigned driver will be waiting around the exit door closest to the assigned luggage belt. He will also be displaying a signboard with your name.

How many hours advance notice would I need in order to book a Taxi?
Travel reservations submitted through our reservation system are processed between 0700 hrs and 2100 hrs daily. Furthermore, we require at least 3 hours lead time prior to the scheduled pick-up time to arrange the services. Reservations submitted between 2101 hrs and 0659 hrs are processed only on the following day. All reservations are subject to confirmation.

What is the Medical Transfer Service?
It is a hassle-free, guaranteed non-emergency transfer service for your medical appointments. It uses the Euro 7 Taxi which is fitted with a wheel chair accessible feature.

How do I take receipt of my travel reservation?
Once you have successfully made your reservation, you will be presented with a confirmation screen which you can print as a reference, as well as an email confirming that travel reservation. We will furnish you with a vehicle number 24 hours in advance of your trip. If you have made a same day reservation, we will get back to you approximately 2 hours before your trip.
